I found this really good site about India. Unfortunately, it is in French. Lots of good pictures, explanations about a lot of things Indian from the author's six-month long trip to India. And if you don't know too much French already, I dare say you will pick up a bit of French after going through this site:

Good resource for people from France travelling to India. Wonder how many French tourists visit India annually?
